Training
Dog training should be fun! We need you to enter a training session optimistic and ready to see changes in both you and your dog’s behaviour and relationship. It is essential that you are prepared to put a minimum of 5 minutes per day into the training of your dog.

Responsibility During Sessions
While all due care is taken to ensure both you and your dog have a completely safe and enjoyable time training at Constructive Canines, training your dog and interacting with other dogs and people is not without risk. The behaviour and welfare of your dog while in a training session is ultimately your responsibility. You agree that you will not hold Constructive Canines Limited liable for any incident involving yourself or your dog.

Payments
An invoice for the session fee will be generated upon receipt of your completed enrolment form. Full payment must be received prior to the first session start date. Online payment is recommended. We are always happy to discuss options or payment plans to ensure our training is available to all.

Cancellations
Late or unexplained withdrawals made less than 48 hours of a session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the session cost, this is at the complete discretion of Constructive Canines Limited. If you change your mind, are unable to attend, or wish to transfer to another time please contact Constructive Canines as early as possible to avoid the need to invoke this policy.
